健脾润肠汤对100例虚证便秘临床疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾润肠汤治疗虚性便秘胃肠动力学改变的临床疗效。方法采用罗马Ⅱ标准同时中医辨证为虚证便秘为确诊依据的标准,分成健脾润肠汤与鲁比前列酮的治疗组和空白对照组,进行对比研究。结果健脾润肠汤与鲁比前列酮有相似作用,能够改善患者的临床症状,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良事件发生例数前者比后者比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论健脾润肠汤对中医辨证确诊属虚证便秘的功能性便秘患者在症状改善情况和疗效方面与鲁比前列酮比较有较好的一致性,且在改善患者症状和控制不良事件发生率方面优于鲁比前列酮。Objective To investigate clinical observation in the treatment of virtual constipation of gastrointestinal dynamic changes by the Jianpi Runchang decoction. Methods Patients were divided into treatment group of Jianpi Runchang decoction and lubiprostone and control group, using the standards of the Rome II criteria and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for constipation of deficiency syndrome. Results Jianpi Runchang decoction and lubiprostone had similar function, can also improve the clinical symptoms of the patients（P 〉 0.05）.The cases of adverse events can be improved by ]ianpi Runchang decoctlbn （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Compared with lubiprostone, for TCM diagnosis of constipation of deficiency syndrome of functional constipation patients, Jianpi Runchang decoction has good consistency in improvement of the symptoms and efficacy, in improving symptoms and controlling the incidence of adverse events than that of lubiprostone.
