摘　　要：目的探讨和总结对晚期癌症患者进行CIK细胞临床静脉输注的护理经验。方法观察接受治疗的患者体温、呼吸、血压等生命体征的变化情况及有无过敏反应。结果收治患者中除个别患者有一过性发热、头痛、呼吸加快的症状外,绝大多数患者无特殊反应,经处理后,症状可在短期内消失。结论应用CIK细胞静脉输注治疗癌症患者是比较安全的,所采取的护理方法具有简单和实用性。Objective To probe and sum up the nurse experience of CIK cell transfusion for cancer patients. Methods To observe the change of temperature, respiration and blood pressure of cancer patients, and with or without an allergic reaction. Results There was no specific response in the majority patients with the exception of individual case which had a fever, headache and short of breath in period of time and the symptoms was disappear in short term after treatment. Conclusion CIK cells venous transfusion is safe for cancer clinical treatment. The adoptive nursing method is simple and practical.
