摘　　要：目的对脉搏波传导速度与心脑血管事件以及死亡率之间的关系进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在笔者所在医院2006年1～12月间500例体检者的基本资料,给予这500例体检者C-FPWV检测,并按照检测结果进行分组。对其展开为期5年的随访,对终点事件进行统计分析。结果 C-FPWV不同者其心血管发生率以及死亡率间存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C-FPWV能够对心血管事件的发病以及死亡进行独立预测,值得注意。Objective To pulse wave velocity with cardiovascular events and mortality analysis of the relationship between study. Methods Random sampling method in the writer＇s hospital in 2006 January between 12 month physical examination among 500 cases basic data, given the physical examination among 500 cases C-FPWV detection, and in accordance with the test results for the group. For a period of 5 years of follow-up, the endpoint for statistical analysis. Results The C-FPWV different cardiovascular incidence and mortality differences, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion C-FPWV can on cardiovascular events and death were independent predictors of morbidity, worthy of note.
