超低位直肠癌保肛术后患者肛门功能恢复状况的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超低位直肠癌经保肛术后的肛门功能恢复状况。方法对2005年1月～2009年1月笔者所在科室行保肛手术治疗的42例超低位直肠癌患者及同期收治保肛手术治疗的53例低位及以上的术后肛门功能恢复状况进行回顾性分析。结果 42例超低位直肠癌患者、53例低位及以上的直肠癌患者均完成保肛术,术后随访12个月,术后超低位直肠癌组患者在1、3、6、12个月,排便节制优良率均明显低于低位及以上组。结论超低位直肠癌经保肛术后的肛门功能恢复较差,其优越性尚待商榷。Objective To explore the recuperation of function of anus after the sphincter-preserving operation in the treatment of patients with ultra-low rectal cancer. Methods All the clinical and follow-up data of 42 cases of ultra-low rectal cancer patients and 53 cases of low rectal cancer patients applied sphincter-preserving operation in the author＇s department from january 2005 to January 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results We accomplished all the 95 operations in 12 months after operation.The function of anus of patients of ultra-low rectal cancer apply sphincter-preserving operation is less strong than patients of low rectal cancer in 1,3,6,12 months after operation months. Conclusion The function of anus of patients after operation of ultra-low rectal cancer is not strong as we expecting.We should considerate the superioty of sphincter-preserving operation in the treatment of patients with ultra-low rectal cancer.
