摘　　要：目的探讨注射用六氟化硫微泡在肝脏占位超声造影中的应用及护理配合。方法利用超声造影剂微泡及其匹配成像技术,显示肝脏病灶造影灌注全过程,阐述造影过程中护理的配合。结果注射2.4mLSonoVue,肝脏占位微血管完全显示,符合诊断要求,本组无一例出现过敏反应。结论六氟化硫微泡不是一般药物,需要熟练掌握超声造影操作流程,熟悉药液配制及注射方法。因此超声造影的成功离不开护理工作的配合。Objective To investigate the application of injective sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles in the uhrasonography of liver placeholder and its nursing coordination. Methods The ultrasound contrast agent microbubbles and its matching imaging techniques were used to display the entire process of liver lesion contrast perfusion and the nursing coordination during the contrast process was elaborated. Resnlts The liver placeholder capillaries were fully displayed with the injection of 2.4 mL of SonoVue,which accorded with the diagnosis requirements.None allergic reaction was observed in the group. Conclusion The sulfur hexafluoride microbuhble is not an ordinary drug,thus needing proficient mastery of uhrasonography operating procedures and familiarization with the liquid preparation and the injection method.Therefore, the success of ultrasound contrast cannot be separated from the nursing coordination.
