摘  要:方法 依据油藏非均质性严重、天然能量低、高含硫、油稠、胶结疏松、易出砂、井斜等特点 ,开发过程中采取了降粘、防腐、注水、防砂等一系列有针对性的配套技术。目的 解决开采过程中出现的难题。结果 区域内油井平均检泵周期6 84d ,最长的油井检泵周期达 1178d ,原油粘度平均下降 87 3% ,区域内已累积产油 16 9× 10 4 t,累积注水 6 3× 10 4 m3 ,取得了明显的开发效果。结论 该油藏的开发成功 ,为全面动用区域内地质储量奠定了基础 ;为同类油藏的开发提供了可借鉴经验。Method\ Such a series of complete sets of techniques as viscosity reduction, corrosion control, water injection and sand control are applied in the development for the characteristics of severe heterogeneity, low energy of natural gas, high content of sulfa, heavy oil, unconsolidated cementation, prone to sand and deviated wells. Purpose\ To solve the problems from production. Result\ The significant results are obtained. Within the area, average cycle of pump check is 684d, the longest cycle is up to 1178d, viscosity of crude oil decreases by 87.3% on an average, cumulative oil production is 16.9×10\+4 t, cumulative water injection is 6.3×10\+4 m\+3. Conclusion\ The successful development of the reservoirs sets up a foundation for full use of geologic reserve within the area, and gives experience for reference to develop the similar reservoirs.
