摘 要:地区电网与主系统解列为孤网后,电源与负荷的有功、无功功率不平衡导致地区电网频率、电压大幅度波动。如不及时采取有效控制措施,极可能因电网崩溃造成大范围、长时间停电,带来重大经济损失和社会影响。在对不同类型孤网系统的频率、电压变化进行分析的基础上,对实际电网孤网过程的频率、电压变化过程进行仿真,提出不同孤网系统的智能安全稳定控制方案。Regional power grid will become an isolated gird after separated from the main grids.The imbalance of power supply between load active power and reactive power will cause the fluctuations of regional power grid frequency and voltage.Without effective control measurements,grid is most probably collapsed and will cause widespread long time power outages,which may bring significant economic losses and social influence.Based on the analysis of frequency,voltage change of different types of isolated grid system,simulation has been carried out for the changing progress of frequency and voltage changing progress in actual isolated power grid.Smart stability control schemes for different isolated grid system have been put forwarded to.
