摘 要:离子交换膜燃料电池作为一种理想的氢能发电装置 ,是目前氢能研究开发的热点。用实验方法研究了电极添加剂Nafion乳液对离子交换膜燃料电池电化学性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,在电极中加入适量的Nafion乳液可以显著地提高电极的电催化反应活性。当电极中Nafion乳液的含量为 3%~ 5 %时 ,燃料电池的放电电压和电流密度都处于高峰值状态。实验结果还发现 。The ion exchange membrane fuel cell, as a kind of ideal generate electricity apparatus of hydrogen energy, is the key in the research and exploitation of hydrogen energy at present. The effects of Nafion latex taken as the electrode additive on the electrochemistry properties of the ion exchange membrane fuel cells are experimentally studied. The research results show that the electrical catalysis of the electrodes can be enhanced evidently when some Nafion latex is added into the electrodes. The discharge voltage and current density are in the peak state when the Nafion latex contents are within 3% to 5%. The Nafion latex prepared by different methods has the different effects on the discharge voltage and current density of the ion exchange membrane fuel cells.
