摘　　要：交流电动机转子笼条与端环(端环为盲孔)焊接采用中频感应钎焊。焊接前需将电动机转子吊放到中频焊机上,根据不同的电动机轴的形式,使用两种形式的吊具。它们结构简单,操作安全方便。The medium-frequency induction braze welding technique was applied into the welding between the rotor bar and end ring （Blind hole on the ring）. Before welding, the motor rotor should be hanged into the mediumfrequency welding machine. Based upon two different kinds of motor shaft, two types of the tool for lifting were used. The advantage was of both simple in the construction and safe in operation.
