摘 要:超塑成形/扩散连接(SPF/DB)是一种低成本、高效益、近无余量的先进制造技术,钛合金两层SPF/DB构件在航空航天领域已获得广泛的应用。当构件尺寸较大且型面复杂时,在扩散连接、模具结构、工艺图形、表面质量等方面,将产生一系列新的影响零件质量的关键技术问题。该文针对技术难点进行数值模拟及工艺分析,根据分析结果采取相应的解决措施,并进行口盖验证试验和性能测试。结果表明,零件各项性能检测均满足设计要求,通过解决关键技术问题实现了对工艺过程及零件质量的精确控制。Superplastic forming and diffusion bonding(SPF/DB) is an advanced manufacture technology of low cost,high benefit and near zero remainder.Two-layer SPF/DB components of titanium alloy have been extensively applied in aerospace field.When the outline dimension of component is large and the profile is complex,there will be a series of new and key technical problems appeared in diffusion bonding,die structure,process diagram and surface quality,which would affect the component quality.Numerical simulation and technical analysis had been done directing to the technical difficulties.Corresponding measures was taken according to the analytical results.Verification experiment and function test were proceeded for hatch covering parts.The results show that each item of the function test for the part satisfies with the design requirements.The accurate control for the technical process and component quality has been realized through solving the key technical problems.
