摘 要:采用离心铸造方法制备了一种外圆直径为265 mm,厚度约为50 mm,高度为125 mm的高强耐磨Cu-17Ni-3Al-X铜合金铸件,通过金相、电子探针等研究了铜合金铸件的组织特征和宏观偏析。结果表明:铸件中存在等轴晶和柱状晶两种晶粒形态,等轴晶分布在铸件的外壁和内壁,柱状晶分布在铸件中心和铸件两端靠近铸件内壁的区域。主要合金元素Cu、Ni和Al沿铸件的径向和轴向都出现了轻微的宏观偏析,但仍处在合金的设计范围内。A kind of high-strength and wear-resistant Cu-17Ni-3Al-based alloy castings with the external diameter 265 mm, thickness 50 mm and height 125 mm was prepared by centrifugal casting. The microstructure characteristics and macroscopic segregation of the castings were investigated by optical microscope and electronic probe micro-analyzer (EPMA). The results show that there are two kinds of grain morphology in the castings. One is the equiax crystal which is distributed on external and internal wall of the castings and the other is the columnar crystal which occurs in the center and the edges close to the internal wall of the castings. The slight macrosegregation for the main elements Cu, Ni and A1 appears along the axial and radial directions of the castings. However, the variation of the concentration is within the composition range of the alloy.
