摘 要:运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对刮板输送机右轨座的铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用V-Cast模拟软件,对右轨座初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过将原圆柱形暗冒口更改为明顶发热冒口,优化了铸造工艺,对优化工艺再次进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了右轨座的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。The original casting process of right rail block was designed by conventional design method, its solidification progresses were simulated by V-Cast softvcare. The location and cause of shrinkage defects of original technology was analyzed. Based on this, through changing the original cylindrical dark riser to the top heat open riser, the optimized casting process was simulated again. The results show that optimized process can ensure castings' progressive solidification and eliminate the shrinkage and porosity.
