摘  要:在三辊轧制工艺孔型设计中变形区的精确数学模型是非常重要的。借助于数学解析法,提出了平-圆三角孔型系统变形区分析模型,包括接触弧长、接触宽度、接触面积、压下量,轧后轧件尺寸参数。用弹塑性有限元方法模拟了8道次平-圆三角孔型系统连轧过程。模拟结果和数学模型所计算的变形区参数误差小于10%,可以说,推导的数学模型计算较准确,可以应用于实际孔型设计中。In pass design of three-roll rolling process, accurate mathematic model in deformation region is very important. Thus, the analytical model of fiat triangle-round triangle sequence pass system of deformation region in three-roll tandem rolling process was proposed by mathematic analytic method, including arc length of the contact field, width of the contact field, area of the contact field, rolling reduction (maximum, mean),and cross-section area of deformation region. With elastic-plastic finite element software ,the eight-passes fiat triangle-round triangle sequence rolling process were simulated. The error between results of the simulation and calculative results with mathematic model was less than 10%. Thus, the established mathematic model is accurate, which can be used in three-roll tandem rolling pass design.
