摘 要:根据首秦公司船板现场生产实践,设计并进行了轧制温度及二次除鳞的工业实验。对比了不同精轧开轧温度与终轧温度对船板表面氧化铁皮成分及结构的影响。按照不同板料厚度对二次除鳞的除鳞道次与除鳞方式进行了实验与分析。结果表明,较高的精轧开轧温度与终轧温度,可以有效地控制船板表面氧化铁皮的成分,减少Fe2O3含量,获得致密性好、连续性好的氧化铁皮。对于薄规格船板,宜采用多道次除鳞,可以有效地避免氧化铁皮压入;对于厚规格船板,应避免采用第一道次除鳞,可以有效地提高船板表面氧化铁皮均匀性与致密性。According to the production practice and experience of Shouqin company, rolling temperature and secondary descaling experiment were designed and gone along. Influences of different rolling temperature and secondary descaling on oxide scale composition and structure of ship plate were contrasted, and the secondary descaling pass and descaling methods were studied by experiment and analysis to different thickness plate. The results indicate that higher finish rolling initial temperature and finishing rolling temperature can effectively control the plate surface iron oxide composition, decrease the contents of Fe203, obtain good compactness and good continuity of iron oxide; for thinner ship plate, to use more descaling pass can effectively avoid to press in scale, for thicker ship plate, to avoid using the first descaling can effectively improve the plate surface iron oxide scale uniformity and compactness.
