摘 要:对TC4钛合金进行直流正接TIG和A-TIG焊接试验,选用卤化物CaF2、NaCl和氧化物Cr2O3、SiO2、TiO2作为活性剂,研究单一组元活性剂对焊缝表面成形、焊缝熔深及接头组织的影响。结果表明:涂敷活性剂对焊接过程稳定性没有产生明显影响,焊缝表面平整光滑,成形良好。选择合适的活性剂,能够在一定程度上增加焊缝熔深。活性剂成分不同,熔深增加程度也不同,其中SiO2增加熔深作用较为明显,熔深增加约1.9倍。通过金相组织观察,发现TIG和A-TIG焊接头显微组织相似,其中焊缝组织为α+α′,热影响区组织为α+β+α′。TIG welding and A-TIG welding for TC4 alloy were carried out to study the effect of surface activating flux on the surface of welding seam, welding penetration and metallographic microstructure of welded joint. The single component of halide CaF2, NaC1 and oxide Cr2Oa,SiO2,TiO2 were served as activating fluxes. The results show that the surface activating flux has little effect on the stability of welding arc, and the surface of welding seam is smooth. Activating flux is different, and the welding penetration increases in different degree. The welding penetration of A-TIG welding for SiO2 is 1.9 times higher than that of conventional TIG Welding. The metallographic microstructure of welded joint for TIG and A-TIG welding is similar. The microstructure of the welding seam is α+α, the microstructure of heat affected zone is α+β+α′.
