摘  要:对厚度为4mm+18mm的310S+Q235复合钢板进行焊接试验,通过对基层、覆层材料的焊接性分析,从而确定其焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口、焊接顺序及焊接参数等,并对焊接接头的金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,Q235的焊缝组织主要是铁素体和珠光体,310S不锈钢的焊缝组织为单相奥氏体和少量的铁素体,过渡层焊缝组织为珠光体和铁素体。The welding experiment was employed for the composite stainless steel plate of thickness of the 310 S +Q235 with the thickness of (4+18) ram. By the analysis of weldability of base material and cladding material, the reasonable welding process, welding materials, welding grooves, welding sequence and welding parameters were given. The microstmcture of welded joint was analyzed. The weld microstructure of Q235 mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite. The weld microstructure of 310S stainless steel mainly consists of single-phase austenitic and a small amount of ferrite. The weld structure of transition layer mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite.
