摘 要:乙醇汽油割嘴内的气液两相流动是影响乙醇汽油雾化的重要因素,进一步影响火焰的燃烧特性与金属的切割质量。本文基于FLUENT软件,采用VOF(Volume of Fluid Model)方法来研究割嘴内的气液两相流动。通过分析一种新型氧乙醇汽油割嘴内部气液流动状况,探索了该乙醇汽油割嘴设计的可行性,同时也对VOF方法来研究割嘴内部流场进行了深入分析。同时本文对燃料入口压力分别为0.1、0.2和0.3MPa三种情况进行了比较,通过对不同压力下割嘴内部流场的分析,探索了割嘴内速度场与压力场的变化规律,为以后的割嘴改进与设计工作提供必要的理论依据。The gas-liquid two phase flow inner ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle are important factors to ethanol gasoline atomization, which can further affect the flame combustion characteristics and metal cutting quality. Based on FLUENT software, the gas-liquid two phase flow inner cutting nozzle was studied by VOF(Volume of Fluid Model) method. By the analysis of a new type of oxygen ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle internal gas-liquid flow condition, the rationality of ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle of design was explored. The cutting nozzle internal flow field was studied by VOF method. At the same time, comparing with three kinds of pressure(0.1 MPa,0.2 MPa,0.3 MPa) respectively, according to analysis of the flow field inner cutting nozzle on the different pressure, the variation of velocity field and pressure field of the cutting nozzle was explored, which can provide the necessary theoretical basis to improve and design the cutting nozzle
