摘　　要：大型冲模底板的选材与加工在工程实践中存在一定的困难。实践证明,根据当地生产条件,采用铸造-焊接-热处理-机加工的方案,解决了上述困难。该方案对大型冲模的设计制造具有一定的参考价值。Material selection and machining of large die plate in engineering practice has certain difficulty. Practice proves that, according to the local conditions of production, the above difficulty was solved using a set of scheme with casting, welding, heat treatment and machining. This scheme has certain reference value to the large die design and manufacturing.
