JDJ-1化学解堵剂的研究及在濮城油田的应用

摘　　要：针对濮城油田油水井近井地带污染堵塞严重的状况 ,研究了JDJ 1化学解堵剂。介绍了JDJ 1解堵剂的性能 ,模拟实验考察了JDJ 1解堵剂解除泥浆和油污堵塞的能力。提出了使用JDJ 1解堵剂解除油层堵塞的方法。实例证明 :JDJ 1解堵剂可以有效地解除地层泥浆和油污堵塞问题 ,而且具有药剂用量少、成本低、施工简单。When pollution and plugging occur in the wellbore's adjacent area in Pucheng oil field, it is suggested that JDJ-1 plugging removal agent should be used to remove the plugging in oil-bearing formation. This paper introduced the properties of JDJ-1 and its ability of removing plugging formed by mud and oil impurities that has been verified by simulation test. The cases proved that JDJ-1 could effectively remove the plugging caused by mud and oil impurities. Furthermore, it has some favorable features such as small amount of use, low cost and simple operation, and of good economic benefit.
