摘　　要：用一种基于PN结传感器对发电机定子温度进行监测。通过实时监测,可在故障早期检测出发电机定子温度过高。对该系统的原理、PN结传感器、硬件处理电路及上位机通讯模块作了具体介绍。A monitoring system to supervise the temperature of the generator stator by means of the PN junction sensor was introduced. The principle of the system, PN junction sensor, hardware circuit and communication of the position machine were described in detail.
