摘　　要：中小型异步电动机冲片的冲压工艺及装备,会影响冲压铁心的表面质量和尺寸精度,其中铁心装压是否整齐,决定转子组装的动平衡精度,而转子冲片的翘曲直接影响铁心装压是否满足设计要求。文章介绍了对转子冲片翘曲的工艺性研究和消除方法。The surface quality and dimension precise of the punching sheets of the middle ＆ small-size asynchronous motor were influenced by the punching process and equipment. The precise of dynamic balance of the rotor was depended on whether the laminated core was tidy or not. And the warp of the punching sheet would directly influence whether the laminated core met with the design criteria or not. Technical research to eliminate the warp on the rotor punching sheet was introduced.
