摘 要:目的:探讨高分辨率磁敏感加权像(SWI)对颅内肿瘤微血管表现,评价SWI在肿瘤定性诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:48例经手术病理证实或临床随访证实颅内肿瘤。根据SWI肿瘤内磁敏感信号(ITSS)进行分级,对所得数据资料行χ~2检验,结果以χ^-±s表示,以P<0.05判定为有显著性差异。结果:高级别星形细胞瘤ITSS级别高于低级别星形细胞瘤(P<0.01),高级别星形细胞瘤ITSS级别高于淋巴瘤(P<0.01)。在显示颅内肿瘤微血管方面SWI明显优于MRI常规序列。结论:SWI有助于对颅内肿瘤内部结构显示,特别瘤内微血管,为临床诊治提供有价值的补充信息。Purpose: To investigate the features of the micrangium of the intracranial tumors on high- resolution susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI), and to estimate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of SWI. Methods: Fourty-eight cases of postoperative pathological and clinical follow-up confirmed intracrarnial tumors were enrolled in our study. The features of the tumors were graded based upon intratumral susceptibility signals (ITSS), and Z2 test was used to analyze the data. Results were represented by Y+s and significant threshold was set as P〈0.05. Results: The grade of ITSS of the high grade gliomas was obviously higher than that of the low grade gliomas (P〈0.01. The grade of ITSS of the high grade gliomas was obviously higher than that of the lymphadenomas (P〈0.01). SWI was much better than the routine sequences of MRI in displaying the micrangium of the intracrarnial tumors. Conclusion: SW1 can better display inner structure of the intracrarnial tumors, micrangium of the intracrarnial tumors, and can provide additional valuable information in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
