摘 要:根据气体在低流阻板式换热器内的动力特性 ,提出了减少流阻强化传热的新结构。开发了一种置于板间的扰流元件 ,用来强化传热及改善流体在板间的动力特性 ,对其进行实验研究 ,得到相应的传热及流阻表达式。只要操作 Re选择合理 ,使用螺旋型扰流件就能够取得减少流阻 ,强化传热的新效果。它进一步拓宽了板式换热器在大流量气 -气换热方面的应用。The new structure of heat transfer enhancement with lower pressure drop is developed on the flow performance through the plate heat exchanger A new type of gas disturbance device is developed to improve flow performance and enhance heat transfer at the same time Further experimental investigation is made The correlation formula of heat transfer and flow pressure drop are obtained It is found that spiral type disturbance device can enhance heat transfer and reduce flow pressure drop on the condition of a proper Re number, which leads to a new path for high efficient heat transfer between large flow rate gases by this corrugated plate heat exchanger
