摘 要:城市发展与土地资源紧张的矛盾,是可持续城市化面临的最大挑战,出路在于集约城市土地资源,开发利用城市地下空间。城市地下空间包括地下交通设施、地下商业设施、地下管廊、地下车库、城市综合防灾系统、地下仓储、高层建筑地下室、地下军事系统等诸多领域。地下交通设施,又分为地下铁路、地下步行街、人行通道、城市隧道、地下联络通道等。地下交通设施的完善,是解决地面交通拥堵的又一途径。目前,我国的地下交通设施开发尚处于初级阶段。该文对泰达MSD地下交通空间工程总体设计进行论述,并通过VISSIM交通仿真软件对总体设计进行检验,给同行提供一种地下交通空间工程的设计思路,抛砖引玉,期待同行们设计出更多安全、畅通、有序的地下交通空间工程。The contradiction of city development and limited land resource is the largest challenge of the sustainable urbanization.The way out is to integrate the land resource of city and to develop and utilize the urban underground space.The urban underground space includes the underground traffic facilities,underground commercial facilities,underground pipeline corridor,underground garage,comprehensive urban disaster prevention system,underground storage,basement of high-rise building,underground military affair system and etc.The underground traffic facilities is also divided into the underground railway,underground pedestrian street,pedestrian passage,urban tunnel,underground connection channel and etc.The perfection of underground traffic facilities is another way to solve the ground traffic jam.At present,the development of underground traffic facilities is at the primary stage in China.The article discusses the master design of Taida MSD Underground Traffic Space Project,and checks up its master design by VISSIM traffic simulation software,which provides a design idea of underground traffic space project for the designers and expects to design the safer,smoother and more orderly underground traffic space projects.
