摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVP/[Y(NO3)3+Ce(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,对其进行焙烧,得到了结构新颖的Y3Al5O12:Ce3+(简称为YAG:Ce3+)纳米纤维。XRD分析表明,PVP/[Y(NO3)3+Ce(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维为非晶态,经900℃焙烧8h,获得单相石榴石型的YAG:Ce3+纳米纤维,属于立方晶系,空间群为Ia3d。SEM分析表明,PVP/[Y(NO3)3+Ce(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维表面光滑,直径为210~300nm;YAG:Ce3+纳米纤维直径为90~125nm,长度大于100μm。荧光光谱分析表明,在460nm蓝光激发下,YAG:Ce3+纳米纤维发射出波长为525nm的黄光,属于Ce3+的5D0→7F1跃迁。PVP/[Y(NO3O)3+Ce(NO3)3+Al(NO3)O3] composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning, and novel stmc tures of Y3Al5O12 : Ce^3+ (denoted as YAG:Ce^3+ for short) nanofibers were obtained by calcination of the prepared composite nanofibers. XRD results show that the composite nanofibers are amorphous in structure, and pure phase YAG:Ce^3+ nano- fibers with garnet structure were fabricated by calcination of the relevant composite nanofibers at 9000(2 for 8h, and YAG:Ce^3+ nanofibers belong to cubic system with space group L3d. SEM analysis indicates that the surface of compos ite nanofibers is smooth, and the diameter of the composite YAG:Ce^3+ nanofibers is 210-300 nm. The diameter of YAG:Ce^3+ nanofibers is 90-125nm, and the length is greater than 100μm. Fluorescence spectra results show that YAG: Ce:~ nanofibers emit the main strong yellow emission centering at 525nm under the excitation of 460nm blue light, which is attributed to the transition of 5D0→7F1 energy levels of Ce^3+.
