摘  要:基于延迟焦化反应机理,研制出两种类型的焦化反应促进剂。采用连续进料的中型延迟焦化试验装置,对研制的两种焦化反应促进剂进行了性能评价。结果表明:两种焦化反应促进剂均能有效地增加液体产物收率,同时降低焦炭和气体产物收率。中试结果:加注1号焦化反应促进剂,液体收率增加了0.82%;而加注2号焦化反应促进剂,可使干气及焦炭产率分别降低0.44%和0.49%,焦化液体产品收率增加0.94%,而液体产物中汽油馏分收率增加了3.15%,蜡油及重蜡油馏分的收率则分别减少了0.39%和1.62%。自由基型焦化反应促进剂增加的液体产品基本为重蜡油馏分,而正碳离子型焦化反应促进剂增加的液体产品主要为汽油馏分。Based on the mechanisms of delayed coking reaction, two types of coking reaction promoters have been developed. The performances of two promoters were investigated in a continuous pilot plant. The test results demonstrated that both of the promoters could effectively raise the liquid yield and reduce the coke make and gas production. The 1# promoter could increase the liquid yield by 0.82%, and the 2# promoter could reduce dry gas and coke make by 0. 44% and 0.49% respectively. The liquid yield was increased by 0.94%, the yield of gasoline in distillate was increased by 3.15%, and the yields of gas oil and vacuum gas oil were decreased by 0.39% and 1.62% respectively. By further analyses, it was known that the free radical promoter could increase the vacuum gas oil, and the carbon cation promoter could increase the yield of gaso- line fractions.
