摘　　要：提出以水杨酸和丙烯为原料 ,分别采用两种催化剂HD 1和SEA 70合成水杨酸异丙酯的新工艺 ,得到最佳反应条件 :催化剂用量为反应物质量的 1 0 %～ 1 2 % ,丙烯压力为 0 .8～ 1 .2MPa,反应温度 1 0 0～ 1 1 0℃ ,若采用HD 1催化剂 ,反应时间为1 8～ 2 4h,若采用SEA 70催化剂 ,反应时间为 9～ 1 4h。A new technology of synthesizing isopropyl salicylate with propylene and salicylic acid as raw materials is studied by using two catalysts HD 1 and SEA 70. Optimal reaction conditions are as follows: catalyst dosage 10%～12% of reactant, propylene pressure 0.8～1.2 MPa, reaction temperature 100～110℃, reaction time 18～24 h for HD 1 and 9～14 h for SEA 70.
