桂枝芍药知母汤拆方的正交t值法实验研究

摘　　要：桂枝芍药知母汤为治疗类风湿关节炎的经方,长期以来广泛应用于临床,收效良好。为进一步探究方中起主要作用的药物,笔者采用正交t值法从抗炎、镇痛两方面药理作用综合考虑,进行了初步的处方筛选。实验结果表明:白芍、麻黄、制附子、炙甘草为方中主药。Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction is the classical prescription in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which is widely used in clinic and receives curative effect. In order to further investigate the most important herbs in the prescription, we use orthogonal t value method to the initial screening from both the anti-inflammatory action and analgesic activity. The experiment results show that： white peony, ephedra, monkshood and licorice play the major role in the prescription.
