米非司酮联合宫清方用于早孕药物流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫清方用于早孕药物流产的疗效及安全性。方法:将自愿要求终止妊娠的符合药物流产适应证的240例妊娠者按入组编号奇偶分为观察组与对照组,各120例。对照组妊娠者采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇人工流产,观察组在口服米非司酮同时加用宫清方。比较2组妊娠者流产的临床效果、胎囊排出时间、阴道出血天数及并发症发生情况。结果:2组完全流产成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组胎囊排出时间、阴道出血天数及并发症发生情况显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合宫清方用于早孕药物流产安全、有效,可减少阴道出血天数及并发症发生情况,安全性较好。OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Gongqing prescription for medical abortion of early pregnancy. METHODS： 240 cases of pregnancy who voluntarily required to terminate pregnancy were divided into observation group and control group with 120 cases in each group according to parity of group number. Control group received mifepristone and misoprostol artificial abortion, while observation group was given mifepristone orally and Gongqing prescription. Clinical effect of pregnancy abortion, time of fetal sac discharge, vaginal bleeding and complications were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The success rate of complete abortion had no significant differences in 2 groups （P〉0.05）; fetal sac discharge time, the number of days for vaginal bleeding and complications of observation group were significantly less than those of control group （P（0.05）. CONCLUSION： Mifepristone combined with Gongqing prescription for medical abortion is safe and effective, and it can reduce the number of days for vaginal bleeding and occurrence of complications with good safety.
