摘  要:目的:建立以一测多评法测定银杏叶胶囊中总黄酮醇苷含量的方法,并验证该方法在银杏叶胶囊中应用的准确性和科学性。方法:以槲皮素为指标,采用高效液相色谱法建立山柰素、异鼠李素与槲皮素之间的相对校正因子,并用该校正因子进行山柰素和异鼠李素的含量计算;分别采用外标法和一测多评法测定银杏叶胶囊中3种黄酮醇苷类成分的含量,并将一测多评法的计算值与外标法实测值进行比较。结果:12批药品一测多评法的计算结果与外标法的实测值之间没有显著性差异,试验所得的相对校正因子可信赖。结论:一测多评法可作为一种新的质量评价方法用于银杏叶胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To establish QAMS method for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo leaf cap- sules, and to verify the accuracy and science of the method. METHODS: Using quercetin as index, the relative correlation factors (RCF) of kaempferide and isorhamnetin to quercetin were established by HPLC and it was used to calculate the content of them. The contents of 3 flavonoid glycosides were determined by the external standard method and QAMS, respectively. The results of QAMS method were compared with those of external standard method. RESULTS: The results of 12 batches of samples by 2 meth- ods didn't show significant difference. Obtained RCFs were reliable. CONCLUSION: QAMS method can be used as a new quality evalution model for the content determination of flavonoid ~lvcosides in Ginkgo leaf capsules.
