摘　　要：目的:为提高药学类职业教育综合实训效果提供参考。方法:分析药学类职业教育实践教学的现状及改革趋势,探讨综合实训中资源开放共享的重要性。结果:目前,我国药学类职业教育存在学生实际就业岗位综合职业能力要求高与学校教学中同一专业各课程相对独立的矛盾;学生的就业岗位技能要求高与相应校内实训资源利用率相对较低之间的矛盾。结论:建议以综合性实训为载体,促进校内各实训资源的开放共享,形成资源良好开放共享的服务机制,可更好的服务于教学,服务于学生。OBJECTIVE： To provide a reference to improve the pharmacy vocational education training. METHODS： The sta- tus quo and reform trends of practice teaching in pharmacy vocational education, and the importance of resource open sharing in comprehensive training was explored. RESULTS： At present, our pharmacy vocational education is in the contradiction that employ- ment positions are relatively independent from courses of same major; the skills requirements of positions contradict relatively low utilization ratio of training resource. CONCLUSION： It is recommended that comprehensive training as a carrier promote the open sharing of training resources in the school, the formation of the service mechanism of the good open sharing of resources, better service in teaching and service to students.
