摘 要:基于插齿展成加工原理,推导直齿面齿轮的齿面方程,建立面齿轮箱体内单相流的计算流体动力学模型,采用有限体积法对其进行网格划分,通过CFD技术进行紊流模型数值分析,形成了面齿轮风阻功率损失的计算新方法。并分析无挡板护罩与设置挡板护罩两种情况下,箱体内气流的压力分布及流速分布。结果表明,伴随面齿轮转速的提高,风阻功率损失的增长率明显增加。通过对比安装挡板前、后计算结果,表明安装挡板护罩后,齿轮风阻功率损失显著减少,并且齿轮转速越高,挡板对风阻的抑制效果越好。On the basis of gear shaping generation theory,the equation of the spur face gear is deduced,the computational fluid dynamic model(CFD) of single phase(such as the air) in the gearbox after meshing is established by the finite volume method(FVM),and the numerical analysis of turbulence model is carried out by the CFD technology.The new method of calculation the windage power loss(WPL) of the face gear is put forward.In order to reduced the WPL,the WPL and pressure distribution of the un-shrouded model with the shrouded model are compared.The result shows that the increase ratio of WPL is obviously increased with the speed of face gear.Through the comparison on the calculation result of un-shrouded and shrouded,the result shows that the WPL is obviously reduced with shrouded and the depressor effect is better with the higher gear speed.
