摘 要:采用销—盘摩擦磨损试验机,试验了地铁钢铝复合轨的不锈钢覆层与浸金属石墨受电靴之间的载流摩擦磨损特性;采用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪和表面轮廓仪等微观手段,分析了摩擦副的磨损机制。结果表明:在相同的电流、法向载荷和相对滑动时间的条件下,随着相对运动速度的增大,复合轨与受电靴之间的载流摩擦因数减小,受电靴销试样的磨损率增大,复合轨不锈钢盘试样的硬度也略有增大,其磨损深度随之增大,但不锈钢盘试样的磨损比受电靴销试样的磨损小;受电靴的石墨材料具有的自润滑功能,改善了导电轨和受电靴之间的摩擦特性,有利于减轻磨损。The tribological characteristics of a composite conductor rail with a metal impregnated graphite collector shoe used in metro power supply system were researched on a modified pin - on - disc tester with an electrical current applied across the sliding in- terface. The morphologies of worn surfaces were observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope and surface profiler. Experiment results show that wear losses of the collector shoe increase and friction coefficients decrease with increase in velocity. Surface profile a- nalysis shows that wear depth of the conductor rail increases with increase in sliding speed, hut the loss is much less than that of the collector shoe. Hardness of the stainless steel cladding slightly increases with increase in speed. Graphite material from the collector shoe has a function of self - lubricating, thereby, improves the friction characteristics between the friction pairs.
