摘　　要：新生代农民工"城乡边缘人"的社会角色定位及城市主流价值观对新生代农民工闲暇教育引导的缺位,城市精神文明建设对新生代农民工闲暇生活保障的缺失,使其闲暇生活特征表现出与农民和市民不一样的特殊性,既体现出对城市生活的主动与积极,也出现单调化、庸俗化、问题化等缺失问题。作为城市生活的一份子,加强新生代农民工的精神文明建设,提升他们的精神文化素质,能帮助他们主动追求精神文明建设、构建文明健康的闲暇生活。Generation of migrant workers urban and rural marginal social roles and the absence of leisure education to the new generation of migrant workers,lack of urban spiritual civilization construction of the leisure life,producing their different characteristic of leisure life with the farmers and the citizens.So,Strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization of the new generation of migrant workers,enhancing their spiritual and cultural qualities,is a necessary way to Building a civilized and healthy leisure life.
