摘　　要：背景氯胺酮是一种临床广泛用于麻醉和镇痛的苯环己哌啶类麻醉药。近年来研究发现单次小剂量氯胺酮具有快速强大且持久的抗抑郁作用，具有临床治疗抑郁症前景。目的了解小剂量氯胺酮快速强效抗抑郁的作用及其机制，认识氯胺酮在抗抑郁作用中的独特优势。内容结合国内外文献对小剂量氯胺酮快速抗抑郁作用的研究价值，作用机制和临床及动物学研究现状进行了阐述，并对其发展趋势作进一步展望。趋向深入探讨氯胺酮抗抑郁作用的机制，可能为临床抑郁症的治疗带来新的方向。Background Ketamine is an anesthetic which has been widely used for anesthesia and analgesia in the clinic for many years. In recent years, it is found that a low-dose of ketamine can exert a robust, rapid and relatively sustained antidepressant effects. Objective To understand the physical and chemical properties of the antidepressant effects of ketamine, and to recognize the unique advantages of the ketamine. Content To survey the basic and clinical research of the antidepressant effects of ketamine by reviewing domestic and international literatures,and to summarize the results of the reseach. Trend With the understanding of current research of ketamine in depression, ketamine is a promising antidepressant in future which deserves further research.
