摘  要:通过对某B级高度[1]超高层建筑使用框架核心筒结构体系所遇到的问题以及超限审查过程的总结得出:框架-核心筒结构体系在超高层建筑运用中核心筒的高宽比[2]不仅对结构的静力性能有着较大的影响,对结构的动力性能更起着决定性的作用。核心筒的高宽比应控制在较合理的范围内;结构的扭转性能较差时,应优先考虑在角部布置抗震墙和加强边跨的刚度;框架柱和筒体的纵、横墙应尽量对齐,以获得良好的结构动力性能。By summarizing the problems existing in application of frame core tube in super highrise buildings with Grade B height and over limit review process, it was concluded that,in view of the application of frame core tube system in super highrise buildings, the heightwidth ratio of core tube not only has significant ef fect on the static behaviors of the structure, but also plays a decisive role in the structure dynamics. The heightwidth ratio of core tube should be controlled within reasonable range, when the torsion performance of the structure is poor, it is prefer ably considered to arrange seismic wall at the corner and strengthen the rigidity of side span. The frame column must be aligned with the longitudinal and transversal wall of and tube body in order to obtain good dynamics performance of the structure.
