西部欠发达地区农村公共品需求研究

摘　　要：西部欠发达地区农村的基础设施和生活条件较差,少数民族众多,公共品需求情况复杂。因此,了解西部欠发达地区农村公共品的需求现状、位序结构,分析其影响因素,并据此确定合理的供给次序,对于提高西部欠发达农村公共品投入资金的使用效率,尤其是增强西部欠发达地区少数民族农村公共品供给的有效性和针对性,快速改善该地区的农业基础条件和农村生活条件具有重要意义。In the Countryside of underdeveloped western China, most of the establishment and the standard of living stay at the inferior level There are kinds of nation, so the public needs become more complex. Therefore, it has important significance to find out the present situation of the needs of public goods , sequence and structure, analyse the impact factors and give the reasonable supply order, for improving the utilization efficiency of the countrysides＇ public goods capital in the underdeveloped western China, especially enhance the validity and pertinence for these countrysides＇ public goods and quickly improve production and living conditions in ethnic rural of underdeveloped western China.
