摘　　要：在我国矸石山绞车提升系统中,大多采用老式的TKD电控系统,设备老化,故障率极高,影响矿山的安全生产。设计一种基于西门子S7-300PLC的绞车电控系统,并通过以太网实现了现场级与监控中心的通信,从而实现了绞车智能化运行。从现场运行情况来看,该系统具有良好的运行性能,极大地提高了生产效率。In the waste hoist system in our country, most of the old TKD control system are used, equipments ageing, the fault rate is extremely high, the mine safety production is influenced. A electric control system based on Siemens S7-300PLC is designed, and Ethernet, the field level with communication monitoring center is realized, operation of the system is realized. From the field operation, the system has performance, greatly improving production efficiency.
