摘　　要：无论是哪一种建筑工程,其质量都是极为重要的指标,做好现场施工管理是每个工程单位需要积极重视的问题。结合建筑工程的特点,简要介绍了提高建筑工程现场施工管理的措施,对于建筑工程管理人员有一定的借鉴作用。No matter what kind oi construction, its quality is a very important index, completes the construction site management of each project is the unit needs a positive attention problem. The structure construction characteristics, were introduced to improve construction site construction management measures, the project management has a certain reference.
