摘　　要：哈尔滨市建设世界冰雪旅游名城意义重大,优势明显。建设中成绩与问题并存,机遇与挑战同在。建议哈尔滨冰雪旅游名城建设中应突出城市主题文化,多举办国际性体育赛事,完善旅游产业链,综合整治城市环境,提升城市魅力,进而提升旅游效益。It has important significance for Harbin to constructing world ice-snow tourism city. Harbin has me oovious advantage. In the course of construction, we have got achievement and problems, we recommend that high-light culture of city theme, host international sporting events, improve the tourism industry chain, beautify the urban environment and enhance the charm of the city.
