摘　　要：本文针对智能化商务大楼的特点，提出了商务大楼机房设计和建设的思路与理念。解决了在商务大楼机房建设过程中所碰到的难题，并在实际项目中得到了成功应用。The paper proposes the ideas and concepts of the computer room design and construction in the intelligent business buildings against their features, and solves the difficult problems in the process of the construction of computer room. The ideas and concepts are successfully applied in some engineering projects.
