摘　　要：体育强国的建设是国家体育文化的全面繁荣,高等体育专业的建设要适应时代要求,不断深入探索。在社会体育和竞技体育领域树立"强身育人"和"夺标育人"的思想,培养具有国际视野的创新型体育人才,提高体育整体软实力,这既是高等体育专业改革和发展的方向,也是高等体育专业肩负建设体育强国使命的必然要求。The building of sport power is of the prosperity of the national sports culture. Physical edueation speeiahy in eulleges should adapt to the requirements of the times and constantly devote to exploration. This is a research aiming to establish correct sport thought in the social sports and eompetitive sports and to develop talents with a glob＇,d vision and innovative sports and meanwhile to improve the overall soft power. This is not only direction in higher physical education reform and development, but also the inevitable request of the mission to build sports power.
