摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于智能变电站自动化系统中的区域集成式保护测控装置,论述了装置的应用方式,硬件设计,接口数据处理算法。装置在符合IEC61850标准的前提下,可处理1～10个间隔的数据,完成变电站中一个区域内多个间隔的保护测控功能,简化系统结构。软件采用二次牛顿插值算法处理多个间隔的电压电流采样数据,该算法与线性插值相比,精度提高的同时,降低对合并单元采样频率的要求,也降低对CPU处理速度的要求,简化硬件设计。保护测控装置可灵活配置多达20个光以太网口,在不使用交换机的情况下实现信息共享,降低系统成本。A regional integrated protection and control device Application in the intelligent substation automation system is described in this paper;it discusses the application,the hardware design and the interface data processing algorithms of the device.The device conforms IEC61850,at the same time,it can process one to ten Guard interval ＇s data,it can complete several Guard interval ＇s protection and control functions in a substation area,it can simplify the system structure.The software uses the second Newton interpolation algorithm to process multiple Guard interval ＇s sampling data of voltage and current,to compare with linear interpolation,the algorithm improves the accuracy,reduces the sampling frequency of the merging unit,reduces the CPU processing speed requirements and simplify the hardware design.The protection and control devices can be flexibly configured with up to 20 optical Ethernets,it can share information with no switch,so it can reduce the cost of the system.
