摘　　要：文章首先介绍了GSM的AT指令、短信收发的格式以及无线MODEM收发短信的工作原理,然后给出了系统的整体设计思路,主要介绍了采用GSM模块和廉价的手机搭建远程监控与采集系统,同时也指出了在设计过程中需要注意的一些主要问题,最后在系统软件设计中通过介绍一个AT指令的发送编码和接收编码的步骤给出了软件设计思路。The article first introduced the AT instructions of GSM,the format of receiving and sending message,the working principle of wireless MODEM to receive and send message.And then gave the system ＇s overall design concept,which mainly describled using cheap mobile phone and GSM module to build the remote monitoring and gathering system,and also pointed out some main problems required attention in the design process.Finally,gave the software ideas of the system by introducing a AT instruction ＇s steps of send-encoding and receive-encoding.
