摘  要:针对智能变电站设计一种金属氧化物避雷器(metal oxide arrester,MOA)在线监测智能电子设备(intelli-gent electronic devices,IED),对MOA的全电流、容性电流、阻性电流、雷击次数、温度和湿度等参数进行运算与初步诊断,与MOA在线监测终端共同实现MOA绝缘状态与运行状态的在线监测,并按照要求将监测结果发送至主IED。该设计采用高级精简指令集计算机微处理器(advanced reduced instruction set computer micro-processor,ARM)与数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)相结合的结构实现快速数据分析、处理以及复杂事务管理;采用IEC61850协议作为智能变电站MOA在线监测IED与主IED、主IED与信息一体化平台之间的通信规约,保障不同厂家之间同类设备的互操作性;采用IRIG-B码实现设备之间的同步,提高了在线监测精确度。该设计在唐山虹桥变电站得到实际运行检验,能够实现预期目标。A kind of intelligent electronic devices (lED) for online monitoring on metal oxide arrester (MOA) in intelligent substation is designed for calculation and diagnosis on total current, capacitive current, resistive current, lightning strikes, temperature and humidity, implementing online monitoring on insulation and operation status of MOA altogether with online monitoring terminal and sending monitored result to main IED as required. The design adopts a combined structure of ad- vanced reduced instruction set computer microprocessor (ARM) and digital signal processor (DSP) for the purpose of imple- menting fast data analysis and treatment as well as complexity management; it employs IEC 61850 as communication proto- cols among IED for online monitoring on MOA in intelligent substation and IED, IED and integrated information platform so as to ensure interoperability of the same devices from different manufacturers; it uses IRIG-B code to synchronize devices to improve online monitoring accuracy. The design is brought into use in Tangshan Hongqiao Substation and it can achieve the expected goals.
