摘  要:采用ISSR分子标记,对野生黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis)54个种源基因组DNA进行PCR扩增.利用SPSS11.5软件对种源间亲缘关系进行分析,构建遗传性状图.结果表明,从100条ISSR引物中筛选出扩增条带多、清晰和稳定性好的9条引物,在黄芩54个种源中共得到2 279条带,1 577条为多态性条带,多态性位点68.73%,聚类分析将黄芩54个种源分为3个分支,表明野生黄芩种源间遗传变异丰富.PCR amplification was performed with the genomic DNA of fifty-four kinds of wild Scutellaria baicalensis from different germplasms by ISSR molecular markers. The genetic relationships were analyzed by software SPSS 11.5, and the DNA molecular dendrogram was established. The results showed that nine polymorphic primers for identification were chosen from 100 ISSR primers. A total of 2 279 bands were amplified from fifty-four kinds of Scutellaria baicalensis using the nine screened primers, including 1 577 polymorphie bands taking up about 68.73%. A systematic cluster analysis shows that the fifty-four kinds of wild Scutellaria baicalensis can be divided into three groups, sugges- ting that there are abundant genetic diversities among the fifty-four kinds of wild Scutellaria baicalensis from germplasms.
