摘　　要：对陕西省图书馆服务联盟现状调查,建立陕西省图书馆联盟绩效评测模型,并使用Delphi法进行评测分析,根据专家评测结果,提出陕西省图书馆联盟建设应建立完善科学的保障机制,搭建陕西省图书馆联盟门户系统,推行合理的资源利用机制,实行科学的集团采购行为,建设学科中心,培养专业技术人才的具体举措。In Shaanxi Province Library Services Union survey, the establishment of Shaanxi province library consortia performance evaluation model, and use the Delphi method is evaluated, based on expert evaluation result, put forward Shaanxi Province Library Alliance Construction in China should establish and improve the scientific guarantee mechanism, build Shaanxi Province Library Consortium portal system, carrying out reasonable utilization mechanism, execute science group purchasing behavior, subject construction, training of professional and technical personnel of specific initiatives.
