五味子药材指纹图谱技术在生脉中间体-五味子提取液质量控制中的应用

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法对五味子药材醇提及水提部位指纹图谱进行比较研究。使用Waters SymmetryShieldTMRP18色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,建立了五味子药材醇提和水提部位的指纹图谱,使五味子药材中各成分得到全面分离,建立了适用于生脉中间体-五味子提取液质量控制的药材指纹图谱技术。An HPLC method was applied to compare the fingerprints of the alcohol-soluble part and water- soluble part of the fruits of Schisandra chinesis. A Waters SymmetryShield^TM RP18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution. The compounds of Schisandra chinensis were separated optimally. A chromatography fingerprinting technology was established to control the process quality from Schisandra chinensis to Shengmai intermediates-Schisandra extract.
