摘 要:目的采用实验动物模型评价脑心清片对麻醉开胸犬血流动力学的影响。方法建立麻醉开胸犬的血流动力学研究模型,采用专用软件测量相应的血流动力学参数的改变,计算冠脉阻力、总外周阻力、心脏指数等参数。各组均以给药前各项指标为对照进行统计学处理,计算机监视记录结果及分析。结果十二指肠给予脑心清2、4 g生药/kg对麻醉开胸犬血流动力学各项指标无明显影响,8 g生药/kg给药后有降低系统血压的趋势,并显著降低总外周阻力。结论脑心清片具有明显抗心肌缺血作用,能明显改善心肌缺血后心脏血液流变学,其抗心肌缺血作用可能主要与其降低总外周阻力等有关。Objective To evaluate the effect of Nao Xin Qing on anesthetized open-chest dogs hemodynamics by ex perimental animal models. Methods Hemodynamie models were established by the method of anesthetized open-chest dogs. The corresponding changes in hemodynamic parameters were measured by using special software to calculate the coro nary resistance, total peripheral resistance, cardiac index and other parameters. The indicators before administration in eaeh group as control for statistical analysis, the results and analysis were recorded by computer monitors. Results After using Nao Xin Qing 2,4 g crude drug per kg in anesthetized open-chest dogs, there was no significant effect on hemodynam ic. But after using Nao Xin Qing 8 g crude drug per kg, the systemic blood pressure was lowered significantly, and total pe ripheral resistance was also reduced. Conclusions Nao Xin Qing has obvious anti-myocardial isehemia and can signifi cantly improve cardiac blood rheology. The anti-myocardial isehemia effeet may be mainly associated with a reduction in to tal peripheral resistance.
