摘　　要：本研究通过利用具有热带血缘的玉米材料B1与温带玉米单倍体诱导系高诱1号杂交(B1×高诱1号)的F1代作为基础材料,经过连续4代自交和选择,育成了玉米单倍体Y8。Y8具有诱导率高、雄花发达、花粉量大、花期长、抗广西玉米主要病害等特点。F1 generation that hybridized tropical consanguineous corn materials B1 and temperate maize haploid induction system GaoXiu 1 （Blx GaoXiu 1） made as a basic material, after selfing and choice of consecutive four generation, corn haploid Y8 was breeded, Y8 had the following features such as induction rate high, the male developed, a large number of pollens, long flowering, resistance to main diseases, etc.
